The fruit salad you made yesterday has gotten soggy, but you hate to waste all that delicious fruit. The save: Divide the salad (including any juice at the bottom of the bowl) among the wells of a muffin tin and freeze. Once frozen, pop out the fruit cups and store in a zip-top plastic bag in the freezer. Next time you make a smoothie, you’ll have 1/2-cup portions of frozen fruit ready to toss in the blender. Genius!
