By combining the classic flavors of 7-layer bars (or magic bars) with man bars, we got one easy dessert recipe that everyone is sure to devour.
Magic Man Bars
Makes about 25 small bars
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup diced walnuts
1 tsp vanilla extract/vanilla paste
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
If using whole graham crackers, put into plastic bag or food processor and crush until they're the size of crumbs. Measure out 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs and add to a 9-by-9 pan.
Add everything but the powdered sugar to the pan, and mix until combined.
Smooth the top of the bars, pressing down into pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Slice the bars into about 5 rows of 5 bars, or 25 bars total.
Put powdered sugar in a plastic bag. Add sliced bars. Reseal bag, and shake until bars are covered in powdered sugar.
Serve and enjoy!
