With a 2-ingredient filling and 2-ingredient crust, this no-bake treat is ready in a flash and sure to impress!
9 1/2 oz. golden-sandwich cookies (about 24 cookies)
3/4 cup chopped white chocolate, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. *cream cheese *
1 (10 oz.) jar *lemon curd *
2 cups mixed fresh fruit, like sliced strawberries, orange segments and blueberries
In processor, process cookies until fine crumbs form (about 2 1/2 cups). Add chocolate; pulse to blend. Press crumbs into greased 9" pie plate. Chill.
In processor, process cream cheese and lemon curd until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl as needed; spoon into crust. Chill 4 hrs. or until set.
Arrange fruit on top of filling as desired just before serving.
