We can’t help wondering what Jennifer Aniston’s skincare routine is considering how fabulous she looks for 50. With her ageless, wrinkle-free skin, Aniston hardly looks older than the 20-something Rachel Green she memorably portrayed on Friends. So, what’s her secret?

While Aniston recognizes that her youthful skin is partly due to good genes — “My dad is 100-percent Greek; he turned 81 and he barely has a wrinkle. And neither does my grandmother, who was 95 when she died,” she said in 2014 — she also places a lot of emphasis on taking care of her face.

“Sunday is my spa day. I usually do a little mini facial time where I just give myself a good scrub, use a mask, and then the new Aveeno hydrating facial ($9.77, Amazon). I leave it on overnight and when I wake up I have that dewy, glowing, twinkling skin,” Aniston said.

But a relaxing at-home spa night isn’t the only step in Aniston’s beauty regimen. The actress cleanses her face with the Neutrogena Facial Cleansing Bar ($1.97, Walmart), a product she’s used loyally since high school. She follows with a mixture of Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Face Moisturizer ($13.27, Amazon), which has SPF 15, and Aveeno Protect + Hydrate Moisturizing Sunscreen Lotion ($8.92, Amazon), which has SPF 30. “Psychologically, it doesn’t make me feel like I’m loading on layers and layers of cream,” Aniston told Forbes.com in 2015.

As a spokeswoman for Aveeno, it’s no surprise that Aniston is a heavy user of their products. She also advocates for using a face scrub three times per week for baby soft skin; Aveeno’s Positively Radiant Skin Brightening Daily Scrub ($6.37, Amazon) is one of her favorites.

Beyond that, Aniston drinks lots of water and avoids the sun. “Because this is the only body we’re given, we need to be really good and mindful of what we eat and how we take care of our skin — getting a good night’s sleep is extremely important, as is hydrating with water, water, water. It’s so important to getting that extra glow,” she revealed in a 2016 interview with Vogue. In fact, she told InStyle that “water, sleep and sunscreen” were her “top three anti-aging tips”

Sounds like it’s time to make a trip to the drugstore!
