At the Q&A, filmed live, one of the teens asked the actress if she ever woke up in the morning and wondered who she was. Tears welled up in Aniston's eyes as she answered yes. "That moment has happened to me, like I can't even, there's not enough fingers and toes in this entire room to count how many times that has happened," Aniston said. "At the end of the day you kind of hit walls and think you can't go any farther and think this is too much, my heart can't take it or the pain is too great. Am I good enough? Will I survive? You just have to sort of somehow miraculously overcome."
As the crowd cheered, she continued, telling the fan that all actors and icons had experienced self-doubt and heartache many, many times. "There's nothing that separates us from you because we all started at the same place," she said before ending with some good advice.
