3 cups cubed seedless watermelon
3 cups cubed cantaloupe
1/4 cup sweet dessert wine, like Moscato (or substitute lemon-lime seltzer, orange juice or ginger ale)
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. finely grated gingerroot
Pinch of** sugar**
1. In food processor or blender, puree cubed watermelon and cantaloupe 1 min. or until smooth.
2. Add wine, lemon juice, gingerroot and sugar. Puree 30 sec. more or until blended.
3. Chill 30 min. or until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and cantaloupe-ball skewers, if desired.
