What are the odds of one third-trimester mom-to-be and her very pregnant pet dog giving birth on the same day? That's what happened to the Denlay family of Chico, California. Mom Kami had a son, whom she named Brydon. The family goldendoodle had nine puppies.

Even though the family pet went into labor later, she delivered her pups three hours before Denlay did.
Denlay told local TV station KRCR the twin births were totally unexpected, though her own mom did some math (apparently, she knew dogs are pregnant for about 60 days) and figured the two events might coincide.
The Denlays are keeping just one of the nine pups so that the two-legged and four-legged birth mates can grow up together.
The rest of these adorable goldendoodles have all been adopted. One is even going to a nearby hospital to be trained as a service dog. Luckily, for pup-and-baby fans everywhere, the Denlays gathered the clan together for a photo shoot before it shrinks down to a more manageable size!
