It’s Easter egg coloring time! To make a big batch of perfectly cooked eggs without having to deal with boiling a huge pot of water, try this simple hands-off method: Preheat the oven to 325°F; place one egg in each well of a muffin tin (use as many as you need) and bake for 30 minutes. Then place the eggs in a bowl of ice water for 10 minutes to stop the cooking process. You’ll cook dozens of eggs at once without the hassle! Bonus: Baking eggs makes them easier to peel once it's time to eat.
