Three weeks after listing a stunning 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home outside of Houston, agent Jessica Arnett of Villa Real Estate only had a few showings scheduled for potential buyers. She was flabbergasted that such a beautiful home wasn't getting the attention she felt it deserved.
Even worse, her clients were getting seriously worried that their home wouldn't stand out amongst the many houses that were popping up for sale in the nearby area. Or even worse--they were also concerned that their home would become a "stale" listing, or a listing that has been on the market for a long time with no offers from anyone to purchase it.
So Jessica decided to get creative and spice things up with the home listing photos. Some might call her measures a bit extreme or unorthodox, but they seem to be working. According to Chron.com, she's got a lot more interest in the house now. Not only does she have several more showings scheduled, she also has other realtor firms calling her to ask about how she pulled off her brilliant method. So clearly, she's doing something right. But she's keeping her lips zipped about her biggest secrets of how she was able to manage this unusual tactic.
"I said, 'Don't steal my idea!'" she said.
And when you see what she's done, you'll understand why everyone still wants to--including us!
