Next time you make baked potatoes for your crowd, try this cooking technique—you’re sure to get raves! Instead of wrapping spuds in aluminum foil, which can make the skins soggy, coat the potatoes in olive oil, then place directly on the middle oven rack and bake at 375°F for about an hour. (Place a baking sheet underneath to catch any drippings.) You’ll get baked potatoes that are crispy on the outside and tender and fluffy on the inside. Delicious!
