Clusters of colorful vegetables surrounding a dip-filled cabbage is a clever alternative to a floral centerpiece.
To make: Pull back dark outer leaves from cabbage to loosen. Carefully cut a circle into the top of the cabbage and hollow out using a melon baller or spoon. Place cabbage in serving bowl, then nestle desired vegetables between outer leaves and bowl. Fill bowl with dip.
Triple-Herb Blue Cheese Dip
In bowl, lightly mash 4 oz. crumbled blue cheese *(about 1 cup) and 1⁄2 cup *sour cream. Add 1⁄/2 cup light mayonnaise; 1/⁄2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce *and 1⁄/4 cup chopped assorted *fresh **herbs, **like basil, parsley and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer dip to serving bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
