As if getting dumped by her fiancé wasn't bad enough, Christina Grady started having problems with her credit card. Buying furniture for a new apartment alerted her company to suspicious activity, so she was forced to explain her painful story to customer service.
But she got a reaction from the rep that turned her entire day around.

"I called and explained to this awesome woman, Tonya, that my fiancé had broken up with me and I'd moved," Grady said. "She was like, 'Girl, I am giving you 4,500 free miles. Go on vacation. Take so many pictures of yourself all happy and post them all over that Instagram.'"
But that was only the beginning.

Just a few days after speaking to sweet Tonya, Grady received a strange message from her ex. Apparently, someone had sent flowers to her, and they ended up at his place. Grady was nervous to find out who would be so bold to send a gift like that, until she saw the note inside.
"I open the card, TONYA KYY905 Capital One! She sent me flowers! To my ex fiancé's house in a sealed card!" she said.
