1 pkg. (8 oz.) Mexican rice-and-bean mix
3/4 cup prepared salsa
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, shredded
1 cup shredded pepper-Jack cheese
8 burrito-size flour tortillas
1. Prepare rice-and-bean mix according to package directions. Stir in salsa, chicken and cheese. Divide mixture evenly among tortillas. Fold and roll tortillas to enclose filling.
