The iconic performance, taking place on May 21 in Las Vegas, will celebrate the film's 20th anniversary.
"This song means a lot to me, and it has played such a huge role in my career," Céline said in a statement. "It's a great honor to have the opportunity to perform it on the Billboard Music Awards' international stage, in celebration of the film's 20 anniversary."

The last time the songstress belted out her iconic hit was during her Greatest Hits concert in Montreal, Canada last August. The 49-year-old dedicated the song to her late husband, René Angélil, who passed away earlier that year in January after succumbing to
a lengthy battle with throat cancer.
"'My Heart Will Go On' has been an important song in my life for nearly two decades," she shared at the time. Now and tonight, I’m very honored to sing it for all of you and for the love of my life. René, you will always be in my heart."

The film, which premiered in 1997, went on to win 11 Oscars, including Best Picture and Best Original Song for "My Heart Will Go On." The film soundtrack is the fifth-highest grossing of all time, while the beloved ballad was number one in nearly 20 countries.
"I'm so grateful to the late James Horner, and to Will Jennings, for writing it and creating the opportunity for me to be part of Titanic, an amazing film whose legacy will continue for generations to come," Céline mused.

The award ceremony's executive producer, Mark Bracco, said of the momentous upcoming performance, "Twenty years later, this timeless song still resonates with a global audience of music and movie fans alike. It's going to be a performance to remember—and there won't be a dry eye in the house."
