2 cups heart-healthy all-purpose** baking and pancake mix**
1 1/4 cups *buttermilk *
2/3 cup low-fat granola
5 Tbs. chopped** pecans,** divided
5 Tbs. butterscotch-flavored chips,_ divided_
4 Tbs. prepared caramel sauce
1/2 cup frozen fat-free, sugar-free *whipped topping, *thawed
2. In greased skillet over medium heat, pour in 3 Tbs. batter for each disk; cook 2 min., or until edges bub- ble. Flip; cook 2 min. more, or until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
3. Arrange pancakes on plates. Divide remaining pecans and chips evenly among plates. Top with caramel sauce and whipped topping.
