Country star Blake Shelton is paying it forward to a children's cancer center after his young relative was treated there.
While performing at his concerts in Oklahoma City, Shelton brought his cousin's daughter onstage with him and told the crowd about her battle with cancer.

"This time last year, we had a scare. And, we didn’t know what was going to happen," he said. "And, you can see that she’s here right now."
That's because she was treated at the Jimmy Everest Center--a center the star is now so thankful for.
"They don’t turn any kids away. You come in there, you got a problem, they don’t turn anybody away, so I thought 'That’s a place that needs some money,'" he said.

That's why Shelton decided to donate money--$600,000 to be exact--to the center.
