Have lots of Thanksgiving leftovers? Here's an easy, delicious way to use them
Leftover cooked turkey
1⁄3 cup barbecue sauce
1⁄3 cup leftover cranberry sauce
8 slider buns or mini rolls, split
8 tomato slices
3⁄4 cup baby arugula
Place leftover turkey on cutting board. Using 2 forks, shred enough turkey to equal 2 cups.
In skillet over medium heat, cook barbecue sauce, cranberry sauce and turkey 2 min. or until heated through.
Divide turkey mixture evenly among slider buns. Top with tomato slices and baby arugula.
