Meet Sam. Sam has autism, and like many people with the condition, he can't always control his body, so he has a tough time staying still.
When he got a job at Starbucks, the teenager told his parents that for the first time his life had real meaning. Sam really wanted to work as a barista but was afraid his jerky movements would prevent this. He was wrong.
His manager worked countless hours to teach the teen a dance routine that would mask the disorder. And it worked. The person who uploaded the video of Sam to YouTube wrote that "people like Sam need to be seen, heard, and given a chance to thrive and dance."
So watch the dancing teenage barista; and if you're moved, as we were, share.
