4 center-cut pork chops
2 Red Delicious apples, diced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tsp. minced thyme
1 cup apple cider
1 tsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbs. dried cranberries
Pinch of ground cinnamon
2 pkgs. (8.8 oz. each) 90-second rice blend
1/2 cup peas (optional)
1. In skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, cook pork chops 6 min. or until done, turning once. Remove; set aside. Add next 3 ingredients to skillet. Cook 3 min. or until tender. Add next 4 ingredients to pan. Cook 2 min.
2. Add rice blend and peas. Cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring. Season with salt and black pepper. Return pork chops and accumulated juices to skillet. Heat 2 min. Serve immediately.
