Moments of peace and privacy are few and far between when you're a mom, especially when you're a mom of multiples. So as much as we hate to admit it, we all probably have our own hiding spot where we can escape our kids for just five minutes.
For Ashley Gardner, a mother of quadruplets, that place is her pantry. And it's in the pantry where she filmed a 34-second video that perfectly describes what it's like to be a parent.

"Dad's out shoveling the driveway. Mom desperately needed a treat to get through the rest of the night, so I'm hiding in the pantry eating a treat. Is that wrong?" she asks as she munches on what looks like a Twizzler.
"They never go away," she says. And that's certainly a thought that crosses our minds several times per day.

Right on cue, Gardner kneels down on the floor to show her viewers that one of her little girls has planted herself right outside the pantry. Through the crack between the door and the floor, you can see the little cutie, and she even says, "hi," to her mom.
Oh, the joys of parenting!
