Irish radio presenter Susan Keogh is a working mom. And like many working moms, she misses her daughter while she's at work. Unfortunately, a stranger decided to give her unsolicited "advice" about having both a child and a job.
This anonymous man said if she missed her daughter so much, then she should quit her job, or stop posting photos of her child online. Well, Keogh didn't take the criticism lying down. On Twitter, she responded with an open letter about her decision and why it's so important for her.
Faith's face when I told her how sound you all are. Thank you for the support. It means an awful lot to me ❤️ pic.twitter.com/08AwPuKxGj— Susan Keogh (@suskeogh) January 30, 2016

"Do I feel guilty? Every day. Sometimes 10 times a day. Do I want time to stand still on the weekends? Of course I do," she writes. "But I work to provide a better future for my daughter."
She also pointed out that she doesn't have a career to show her daughter she can have one, too. She wrote that she wants her to be able to make her own choices when the time is right.
"I want her to be confident enough to make the right ones for her," she said. "I want her to choose happiness."
This mom's post has now gone viral. And when you read it in its entirety, it's not hard to see why!
I was trolled earlier this week by a guy who thinks I shouldn't have a baby AND a job. Here's what I think - pic.twitter.com/8SKBtsHhNy— Susan Keogh (@suskeogh) January 29, 2016
