8 Royal Cousins Who Are Just as Cute as George and Charlotte

Tags:

The royal family across the pond has long been a source of interest to us. Who didn’t tune in to watch Princess Diana tie the knot with Prince Charles in 1981, and again to witness her son Prince William marry Kate Middleton in 2011? If you’re like us, you’ve probably already set your alarm for 6:30 a.m. on May 19 to catch Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s fairy-tale nupitals. But perhaps the most entertaining aspect of the British royal family is how adorable the mini royals are, especially Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and their cousins.

Of course, we don’t blame you for not knowing much about the royal cousins. Though they’re not in the spotlight as much as Kate and William’s little ones, Mia Grace Tindall, Isla Phillips, and James, Viscount Severn (plus the rest of Princess Charlotte and Prince George’s cousins) are just as cute — and they make the perfect playmates. Seriously, how adorable is it to see George and Charlotte run around with their older cousins? Our hearts are melting just thinking about it!

But if you’re not sure exactly how Mia Tindall and her cousin Charlotte are related, you’re not alone. The British monarchy’s family tree is complicated, to say the least, so figuring out how the Cambridge kids’ cute cousins fit in the genealogy tree might require some patience. Fortunately, we’ve saved you from the endless Google searches (or actually mapping out the royals’ lineage by hand) with this handy picture guide to Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s cousins. As it turns out, just because these royal tots aren’t in the limelight as much doesn’t mean they’re any less endearing.
